What payment types do you accept? Bank transfer in USD$ or Pounds Sterling £ (details supplied on request)/ personal cheque in Pounds Sterling only/ international money order/ credit card/debit card payments online through PayPal. Paypal payments will have a 5 % service charge added. Please also note that if Paypal payments are sent in US Dollars then the drop down option for recipient to also receive in US Dollars MUST be selected.
Art paid for by cheque or international money order may be held to allow the cheque to clear prior to shipping.
Do you accept payment plans? We may consider payment plans for larger items. Please inquire via the contact page.
How much is shipping? Shipping is determined by location and price varies. Artwork will be packaged securely with hardboard. We are based in the United Kingdom, though we do visit a number of the larger comic cons in the US and personal collection may be possible by prior arrangement. Please inquire for a shipping quote.
If the art is listed does that guarantee you have it? Art will be marked as sold asap once payment is received, or marked on hold if put on a payment plan. Items are not listed as sold or on hold until payment is received. However, these are one of a kind items and processing takes time, so there is a small chance that a piece you inquire about may sell in that short window before it can be marked as sold. Items are sold on a first come, first served basis, so if multiple inquiries are received for the same piece, they will be offered in the order in which we were contacted.
What if I put a piece of art on hold and change my mind later on before I pay it off? You will be refunded your payments less a 20% restocking fee.
What if I want to return something? Returns are generally not accepted, please message us with any specific concerns you may have.
